BlueDot Restoration is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Emergency Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to water and sewage damage emergencies, providing immediate and effective restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Response: Arrive promptly at emergency sites to assess damage and begin restoration efforts.

Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections to determine the extent of water or sewage damage.

Water Extraction: Utilize specialized equipment to remove standing water and prevent further damage.

Drying and Dehumidification: Implement drying and dehumidification techniques to ensure complete moisture removal.

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize affected areas to eliminate health hazards and prevent mold growth.

Repairs and Restoration: Perform necessary repairs and restoration to return properties to their pre-damage condition.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including photos and written reports.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain the restoration process and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in water and sewage damage restoration or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with restoration equipment and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certification: IICRC certification or equivalent is a plus.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging environments.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as emergencies arise.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
